Group Training

In addition to individual personal training, Maximum Fitness also offers group training sessions. We love to work with small groups of clients looking to achieve the same goal, and we have also found that some of our clients prefer to work in small groups.

Working with a group of friends, or co-workers will also provide you with added support and motivation you need to achieve your fitness goals while you are at the gym and when you are away. Maximum Fitness prides themselves on providing personal attention and support even to our group clients.
