Our mission at Maximum Fitness is to ensure that our clients have everything they need to achieve their fitness goals, no matter how large or small they may be.
We provide the much-needed support of a mentor and coach as well as creative and innovative training ideas, top-of-the-line equipment and a clean, well-kept facility.
Our one-on-one training offers a more personable approach to exercise without the busy gym or sports club atmosphere. The size of our facility and our small group training session (typically 2-5 clients) also make the environment fun and enjoyable. Clients are able to motivate and push each other, helping them achieve greater results.
No matter if you are just starting out or are a seasoned athlete Maximum Fitness has plenty to offer! Classes such as Fitness Bootcamp, Budokon Yoga Flow, and Sports Performance Training to name a few, give you plenty of options to choose from. Check out the class schedule for dates and times.
Maximum Fitness is home to Certified Personal Trainer Chris Miller. He is a highly sought after Strength and Conditioning Coach and has attracted many Local and National MMA Fighters to Maximum Fitness for Performance Training.
