My passion for fitness began in 2013 when I decided to take charge of my health and my body.  I was unhappy with the way I looked and I knew poor eating habits and not exercising on a consistent basis were the culprits.

I decided to take charge of my health by making gradual changes (3 days a week at the gym and making healthier eating habits). In 2014 I was invited to watch a bodybuilding contest; seeing all the competitors excited me!

When I left the show I turned to my friend and declared, “I want to compete, get fit and be healthy.” In 2015, after training for several months, I walked across stage at the age of 41 and placed 5th! This was my first NPC show (National Physique Committee). I had done it!!

After seeing my own transformation from dedication and hard work, I wanted to share my knowledge and experience with as many people as I could, especially women and teenage girls.  My brother Chris Miller (Owner of Maximum Fitness) saw my passion and said, “Well get certified and come join Maxxfit so you can help others.” I listened to his advice and here we are, “The Ladies of Maximum Fitness.”

My goal is to attract and bring woman from various backgrounds and fitness levels together to join “OUR” journey to be healthier, stronger, and secure beautiful people through fitness- The Maximum Fitness way.
