When I was young, I was overweight and I was tired of being the overweight kid. I kept working hard to lose weight by playing football and changing my eating habits. Once I lost a large majority of the weight, I told myself “I would become overweight and out of shape again!” From then on, I have been working out just about every day and eating better. Chris Miller helped me gain strength, speed, endurance throughout school for football and once I graduated I achieved my personal trainer certification and started working with Chris Miller.
